Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.As of 2024, I've begun officially rendering and running all commission work through Glaze, Glaze is an application which produces artifacts over the artwork, which is highly disruptive to AI Generators that have stolen my work to replicate it. I will be providing Non-Glazed, original Artwork to commissions, as well as
the glazed alternative, all work I post on my social media will be the glazed version, while commissioners have access to both Unglazed and Glazed versions.
The only commission categories that will not be Glazed is Reference Sheets, and Emote Packs, reason being, Glazing Reference Sheets can alter the colouration of the artwork, no longer making the artwork have the colours it intends.
Glazing Emote packs would be impractical due to how small they are.
📃1.0 Process📃1.1 Commission Request:
• If you wish to commission me, please email me this information:
• References and/or detailed descriptions of the character(s).
• What you want the character(s) to be doing/Pose/Grasping Object.
• The overall mood of the image. (e.g. Horror, Romantic, Aggressive, Nervous ect.)
• If ordering an image with a painted background, let me know if you want a specific environment, time of day, or weather to be like in the picture. (Attach Reference Images of these places as well.)
• Your email address for the invoice.
• Once your commission is approved, I will send you a thumbnail sketch to approve of soon after. Next, I will send you an invoice, and after you approve of the invoice and payment is received, I will begin work on your commission as soon as possible.
• If you wish to back out of the commission after being sent an initial thumbnail, you are welcome to, but you CAN NOT take the thumbnail sketch, then use it to offer to another artist to complete the piece.
• Depending on the commission type, I may send you a cleaned-up sketch to approve of before moving onto the lineart (if lineart is included). Normally, I always send a WIP after lineart and color. If requested, I will show more WIPs of the progress.
• You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time.
• IMPORTANT - At each milestone of the commission, if you wish for me to go BACK on one of the steps, (Example, on the base colouring step, you would like me to go back and add/change/alter lineart on your commission), depending on the complexity, I may charge for the change.Non complex Changes: Adding small scratch lines over armor here and there.Complex Changes (that may be charged): Adding Lineart. Adding another character. Adding new items/elements to the art.• Once the image is finished, I'll send you a full resolution file and a smaller, cropped version without the signature of your image via HighTail / Google Drive / Any other requested methods of sending, and upload the final image to my gallery.📍2.0 Payment Process and Refunds📍• Payments are made in USD via Invoices through Paypal, so your Paypal address is required to send the invoice. I will also send an official invoice file if requested.
• PLEASE do not send money BEFORE commission request is approved. The money will be sent back.
• Payment is due upfront after an initial thumbnail sketch is approved. I accept payments in increments or payment plans depending on your circumstances.
• I should have your commission done sometime within a week to a month after the rough sketch depending on my queue, commission type, contact with commissioners (e.g. Requested changes, Responses to WIP (Work in Progress) pictures approval, ect.), and life. Larger commissions may take longer than a month to complete.
• I cannot guarantee that I will finish your commission on a specified deadline due to possible requested changes. However, I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind.
• I do not offer full refunds as I can only refund work that was not done. However, if you feel you are unsatisfied with the final piece, I will offer a remake or partial refund depending on what type of artwork it is.
• You cannot request changes of what you want your commission to be like after completion of the commission.
• If you request me to go back and change a previous step in the commission process, I may charge, depending on complexity.
• Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent.
⏳3.0 The Waiting List⏳• I occasionally open a second commission list where you can reserve a future commission slot.
• If you are on the waiting list, it may take longer than a month to get to your commission since I do not start these until I have the time to do so.
• As always, I do not take payment until I'm ready to start. When I do begin and payment is sent, I will usually have it done sometime within a week to a month depending. As stated above, I cannot guarantee that I will finish your commission on a specified deadline. However, I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind.
• I will contact each person on the waiting list when I'm ready to begin. If you are no longer interested when I contact you, you can choose to forfeit your slot.
3.1 Set Dates & Schedule:
• I make no obligation or commitment to complete a commission within a set time schedule or specific date unless discussed and agreed.
• I do my best to answer any and all questions during our time working together.
• My Trello is updated and regularly managed, if you have any questions or inquiries regarding your commission, timeslot or time period you're able to contact me via a range of avenues. I am available 90% of the time and will respond generally within 24-48 hours.
3.2 Real Life Events, Delays & Public Holidays:
• I will do my best to complete your commission in all time within my available schedule, please understand that real life does happen and I will need your patience and understanding while working with me.
• Public Holidays I am unavailable for contact, I will respond the next available work day.
• Unforeseeable real life events (Catastrophic and personal) I will be unavailable for contact if these are to arise, client's will be notified of my rough estimate of down time, however subject to change.
📁4.0 Reference Material📁Character References.
When Providing a reference of your character providing any of the following is acceptable:
4.1 Characters:
• Unshaded Reference Sheet(s).
• Flat Colour Artwork of character(s).
• Clear and concise information about character(s).
• Any specific additional material not written on the reference sheet must be brief and to-the-point! No walls of text.
4.2 Written References:
• I do not take written only references. You must provide me with a visual basis to work with.
4.3 Other Reference Imagery:
• Other reference material can help me get an idea of your commission, but allow for artistic interpretation, it helps set a scene or mood, if there is something specific you want from a reference image, please define this in the commission form.
4.4 Other gladly accepted Reference Material:
• Background, Scenery Images.
• Reference Pose Images.
• Mood Boards.
• Reference Expression Images.
📧5.0 Printing📧Let me know beforehand what the print dimensions will be. I will send you a CMYK colour file just in case the printer you are using will need it. Due to print colours (CMYK) being different from digital colours (RGB), I cannot guarantee the colours will be printed accurately (that’s mostly up to the printer you’re using). Bright pictures are recommended for printing as they turn out better than dark images like night scenes. Lastly, I cannot print your commission for you as I don't have the means to do so.🔮6.0 Terms of usage for designs:🔮You retain all rights to the character of any design purchased from me, be it a custom or adoptable. However, I still retain the rights to the original artwork I’ve created. That means you cannot use the artwork I created for commercial purposes (like merchandise or prints) unless otherwise agreed upon. If you wish to commission my work for commercial purposes, email me.6.1 What you can do:
• Upload the design/image to your personal websites/galleries.
• Use the character/design for anything you wish (original stories, roleplays, etc.)
• You can resell the design for whatever price you feel it is worth (There are no requirements on how much you can resell it for).
6.2 What you can not do:
• Post the finished work claiming it as your own or that you drew/completed the work.
• Submit the finished work claiming it as your own in competitions where the competition requests work that is your own. I take no responsibility for the repercussions of your actions if you disobey competition rules by submitting my art work of your character.
• Use the completed artwork for commercial purposes unless previously discussed.

Q&A

Questions and Answers! Here are some frequent questions I am asked.1. Do you do NSFW?No, I do not do any NSFW art, especially of a sexual nature, but I do offer some of gore nature, such as wounds of battle, ect ect.2. Do you do 3D Commissions?I am planning to open 3D commissions in the future, but their workflow, as well as technical limitations which hold me back from offering complete 3D work, however, if I did, I would start off with simple models, NO animation, or any rigged versions you can take to other artists.3. When are commissions open?I open commissions not based on a strict schedule, but more on a time where I will be able to work effectively on them, without delays or decreased quality to the overall commissions.4. Do you mind if I send you NSFW Reference Images for my commission?I do not mind if you send NSFW reference images, but I would HIGHLY appreciate it if you let me know beforehand, as a kind heads up.5. Can I post the commission to my own social medias/feeds?Of course! You are welcome to post the commission wherever you'd like, the only thing I ask is for a simple note in the descriptions/comments of who did the art, and for you not to claim you did the work yourself, other than that, feel free to post it anywhere you'd like.6. Where do I pay for my commission?
I go through Paypal specifically when requiring payment, I send through Invoices via email which contains a secure link where you can pay for your commission.
7. Will you be interested in NFTs/Blockchaining your work?
No.

Commission Work Flow

Commission ProcessBelow is the Commission Process I always follow when doing commissions.1. Initial Thumbnail Sketch (IT)
This step, I will begin once I have enough references, a rough sketch to show the overall composition of the sketch, and I will send it back to you for feedback and any changes you may like.
Payment.
At this step, once you’re happy with IT, that’s when I request either some form of payment (via paypale), either partial or full, just something to get me started on, all I need is for the invoice to be fully paid off before I hand over the final High Resolution files + Progress gif.
2. (Optional) Lineart (LA)
At this step, I will begin working on the lineart for you, at each step I will send back Work In Progress pictures for feedback and any changes before I continue onto the next step.
3. Base colouring. (BC)
This is where I lay down flat colours onto the sketch, simple gradients and solid colours, just to make sure the colours look correct to you before I move onto the next step.
4. Detailing (DL)
Detailing is where it gets more, well, detailed, I add in smaller things such as scratches in armor, logos, tuffs of fur in some areas, strands of hair, clothes, textures, ect, this step may take some time.
5. Lighting and Shading.
This is the final step – This is where I put appropriate lighting and shading on the whole piece, such as the glow on a character from a torch on the wall, or ambient glow from a flame. Anything that produces its own lightsource (eg. Magical spell, fire, sun) will be put in at this stage. Once this stage is complete, the whole comm will be completed.
Once all that is done and dusted, and you’re happy with the final result, invoice is fully paid off and you want no more changes is when I send through a high resolution file (Via Email) + a progression gif. You’re free to post these pieces of art on any platform you’d like, all I’d ask is just for a small mention of credit.
